List of Bottling Companies
A bottling company is a commercial enterprise whose output is the packaging of beverages for distribution. Many bottling companies are franchisees of corporations such as Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, who distribute the beverage in a specific geographic region. Some are independent firms who bottle a variety of beverages under contract.
Major Bottling Companies[edit | edit source]
- Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated - The largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. The company operates in the Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic portion of the United States, with corporate offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Pepsi Bottling Group - A major bottler of PepsiCo products, and the company's largest franchisee worldwide. Pepsi Bottling Group is based in Somers, New York.
- Dr Pepper Snapple Group - An American multinational soft drink company based in Plano, Texas, and as of July 2018 it is a business unit of the newly formed publicly traded conglomerate Keurig Dr Pepper.
- Nestlé Waters - The bottled water division of the Nestlé company, producing various brands of bottled water worldwide.
- Cott Corporation - A beverage and foodservice company based in Canada. Cott produces private label beverages for many supermarket and drugstore chains.
