Sinecatechins is a botanical drug used for the topical treatment of external genital warts and perianal warts. It is derived from green tea leaves and contains a mixture of catechins.

Siltuximab[edit | edit source]

Siltuximab is a monoclonal antibody used in the treatment of Castleman's disease. It works by binding to and neutralizing interleukin-6 (IL-6), a cytokine involved in inflammatory and immune responses.

Simeprevir[edit | edit source]

Simeprevir is an antiviral drug used in combination with other medications to treat hepatitis C. It is a protease inhibitor that works by inhibiting the NS3/4A protease enzyme, which is essential for the replication of the hepatitis C virus.
