Maksym Stepanov (born 18 August 1975) is a Ukrainian politician and healthcare administrator who served as the Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine from 30 March 2020 to 18 May 2021. He was appointed during the presidency of Volodymyr Zelensky and succeeded Zoriana Skaletska. His tenure ended when he was succeeded by Viktor Lyashko.

Maksym Stepanov was born on 18 August 1975 in Skovorodino, Russian SFSR, then part of the Soviet Union. He graduated from the Odessa National Medical University, where he obtained his degree in medicine.
