Mayor Joseph Fitzgerald O'Malley Fitzpatrick O'Donnell The Edge "Diamond Joe" Quimby, Jr. is a recurring character in the animated television series The Simpsons. He is the Mayor of Springfield, and is known for his corrupt and unethical behavior. The character is voiced by Dan Castellaneta.

Mayor Quimby is a parody of the stereotypical corrupt politician. He is often seen engaging in bribery, extramarital affairs, and other forms of corruption. His character is heavily inspired by the Kennedy family, particularly John F. Kennedy and Ted Kennedy. Quimby speaks with a distinctive, exaggerated Boston accent.
