Memorial Hospital (Chattanooga) is a healthcare facility located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States. It is a part of the CHI Memorial healthcare system, which is a comprehensive, not-for-profit health system.

Memorial Hospital was established in 1952 by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. The hospital has grown over the years and now includes several satellite facilities and specialty centers around the Chattanooga area.
