Nadya Okamoto (born February 11, 1998) is an American social entrepreneur, author, and activist known for her work in menstrual health advocacy. She is the founder of the non-profit organization Period Inc., which aims to end period poverty and stigma around menstruation.

Nadya Okamoto was born in New York City and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Harvard University, where she studied government and social studies. During her time at Harvard, she became deeply involved in activism and founded Period Inc..

In 2014, at the age of 16, Okamoto founded Period Inc. after experiencing homelessness and learning about the challenges that homeless women face in accessing menstrual products. The organization distributes menstrual products to those in need and advocates for policy changes to improve menstrual health access. Period Inc. has grown to become one of the largest youth-run non-profits in women's health.
