Nestlé Pakistan was established in 1988, following the successful acquisition of Milkpak Ltd. Nestlé S.A. bought a majority share in Milkpak Ltd. in 1988, and the company was renamed Nestlé Pakistan in 2005.

Nestlé Pakistan operates in many food and beverage categories. It has a broad portfolio of products, including milk, nutrition, and beverages. The company also produces a variety of culinary products, chocolates, and confectionery.
