Northeast College of Health Sciences is a private health sciences college located in Seneca Falls, New York. The institution specializes in chiropractic education and offers various programs in health sciences.

Northeast College of Health Sciences was established in 1919 as the Columbia Institute of Chiropractic by Frank Dean. The college underwent several name changes, becoming the New York Chiropractic College in 1977, and finally adopting its current name in 2021 to reflect its broader focus on health sciences.

The college offers a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) program, which is accredited by the Council on Chiropractic Education.
