Oleh Stepanovych Musiy (born May 12, 1965) is a Ukrainian physician, public health activist, and politician. He is known for his role as the Minister of Healthcare of Ukraine from February 27, 2014, to October 1, 2014. Musiy has been actively involved in healthcare reform and public health initiatives in Ukraine.

Oleh Musiy was born on May 12, 1965, in the village of Peremozhne, Lviv Oblast, Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic. He graduated from the Lviv National Medical University in 1989 with a degree in general medicine. Musiy later specialized in anesthesiology and intensive care.

After completing his education, Musiy worked as an anesthesiologist in various medical institutions. He became known for his expertise in intensive care and emergency medicine.
