Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent is a hospital located in Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, England. It is managed by the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

The hospital was established in 1995, replacing the former Burton General Hospital and Anders Hospital. It was named after Queen Elizabeth II in recognition of her contribution to the nation.
