Roger Mooking is a Canadian chef, musician, and television host. He is best known for his appearances on the Food Network and Cooking Channel shows, such as Man Fire Food and Everyday Exotic.

Roger Mooking was born in Trinidad and Tobago and moved to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, when he was five years old. His love for cooking was influenced by his family, who owned and operated a restaurant in the Caribbean.
