Sai Pallavi Senthamarai (born May 9, 1992) is an Indian actress and dancer who works predominantly in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam films. She is known for her natural acting style and has received several awards, including two Filmfare Awards South.
Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]
Sai Pallavi was born in Kotagiri, Tamil Nadu, to Senthamarai Kannan and Radha. She was raised in Coimbatore and completed her schooling at Avila Convent School. Sai Pallavi pursued her medical studies at Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia, from where she graduated in 2016.

Debut and Breakthrough[edit | edit source]
Sai Pallavi made her acting debut as a child artist in the Tamil film Kasthuri Maan (2005). However, her breakthrough role came with the Malayalam film Premam (2015), where she played the character Malar, a college lecturer. Her performance was widely acclaimed, and she became an overnight sensation.
Subsequent Work[edit | edit source]
Following the success of Premam, Sai Pallavi starred in the Telugu film Fidaa (2017), directed by Sekhar Kammula. Her portrayal of Bhanumathi, a strong-willed village girl, was praised by critics and audiences alike. She continued to deliver notable performances in films such as Kali (2016), Middle Class Abbayi (2017), and Maari 2 (2018).
