Sam Brand (born 27 February 1991) is a Manx professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Team Novo Nordisk. He is known for being one of the few professional cyclists who competes while managing type 1 diabetes.

Sam Brand was born on the Isle of Man, a self-governing British Crown dependency in the Irish Sea. He grew up on the island and developed an interest in cycling at a young age. Brand was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 10, which significantly influenced his career and life choices.
