Shen Fu-hsiung (Chinese: 沈富雄; pinyin: Shěn Fùxióng

born 3 November 1943) is a Taiwanese physician and politician. He served as a member of the Legislative Yuan from 1993 to 2005, representing Taipei.

Early life and education

Shen Fu-hsiung was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He attended the National Taiwan University, where he earned his medical degree. Shen later pursued further studies in the United States, specializing in internal medicine.

Medical career

Before entering politics, Shen worked as a physician and gained recognition in the field of internal medicine. He was known for his contributions to medical research and his dedication to patient care.

Political career

Shen Fu-hsiung joined the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) and was elected to the Legislative Yuan in 1993.
