- South Berwick is a town located in York County, in the state of Maine, United States. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area. The town is a rural suburban community with an appealing blend of quaint downtown village, rural farming, and suburban neighborhoods.

- South Berwick is located at the southern part of York County, bordered by the towns of Eliot, Berwick, and North Berwick in Maine, and Somersworth and Rollinsford in New Hampshire. The town is drained by the Great Works River and the Salmon Falls River.
