Terri Hill is an American politician and physician who has served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates since January 14, 2015. She represents the 12th legislative district in Maryland, which includes parts of Howard and Baltimore counties.

Terri Hill was born in Maryland. She attended Harvard University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She later attended the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where she obtained her medical degree.
