University of Nottingham

The University of Nottingham is a public research university located in Nottingham, England. Founded in 1881 as University College Nottingham, it was granted a Royal Charter in 1948, becoming a full-fledged university. The university is a member of the Russell Group, which represents 24 leading public research universities in the United Kingdom.
