The Yorkville Highlands AVA is an American Viticultural Area located in Mendocino County, California. This wine region is situated along the Route 128 corridor, between the Alexander Valley AVA and the Anderson Valley AVA.

The Yorkville Highlands AVA was established in 1998. The region has a long history of viticulture, with the first vineyards planted in the late 19th century.
