Zak Hardaker Wigan

Zak Hardaker (born 17 October 1991) is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as a fullback, centre, or winger. He has played for several clubs in the Super League and has represented England at the international level.

Early Life[edit | edit source]

Zak Hardaker was born in Pontefract, West Yorkshire, England. He began playing rugby league at a young age and showed significant promise, which led to his early recruitment into professional rugby.

Featherstone Rovers[edit | edit source]

Hardaker started his professional career with the Featherstone Rovers in the Championship. His impressive performances earned him the Championship Young Player of the Year award in 2010.

Leeds Rhinos[edit | edit source]

In 2011, Hardaker signed with the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League. During his time with Leeds, he won multiple Super League Grand Finals and was awarded the Man of Steel Award in 2015, recognizing him as the best player in the league.

Penrith Panthers[edit | edit source]

In 2016, Hardaker had a brief stint with the Penrith Panthers in the NRL in Australia. However, he returned to England later that year.
