ATC code B
ATC code B is a section of the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical Classification System (ATC), which is used for the classification of drugs and other medical products. The ATC system is controlled by the World Health Organization (WHO) and is widely used internationally for drug classification.
Structure of ATC code B[edit | edit source]
The ATC code B is designated for drugs that affect the blood and blood forming organs. This section is further divided into various subgroups based on the therapeutic use and the mechanism of action of the drugs.
