All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar
All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar (AIIMS Bibinagar) is one of the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, a group of autonomous public medical colleges of higher education in India. AIIMS Bibinagar is located in the Telangana state, near the town of Bibinagar. It was established with the aim to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India.

AIIMS Bibinagar was established as part of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), a scheme introduced by the Government of India with the intention of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self-sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. The foundation stone for AIIMS Bibinagar was laid with the vision to enhance the facilities of quality medical education and healthcare in the southern region of India.

The campus of AIIMS Bibinagar is spread over a vast area, equipped with modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities. It includes academic blocks, hospitals, hostels for students, residential areas for faculty and staff, and other necessary amenities. The institution aims to provide a conducive environment for learning, research, and patient care.

AIIMS Bibinagar offers a variety of medical courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program is the flagship course of the institute. Admission to the MBBS program at AIIMS Bibinagar is through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For postgraduate courses, admissions are conducted through a separate entrance examination as per the guidelines of the Government of India.
