Amanda Ingrid Seales (born July 1, 1981) is an American comedian, actress, writer, and producer. She is best known for her role as Tiffany DuBois on the HBO series Insecure and as a former co-host on the syndicated daytime talk show The Real.

Amanda Seales was born in Inglewood, California, and later moved to Orlando, Florida, where she attended Dr. Phillips High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in African-American studies from SUNY Purchase and a master's degree in African-American studies with a concentration in Hip hop studies from Columbia University.

Seales began her career in the entertainment industry as a child, appearing on the Nickelodeon series My Brother and Me in 1994. She later transitioned to music, performing under the stage name "Amanda Diva" and releasing several EPs.
