Arthur Chioro (born 20 October 1963) is a Brazilian physician and politician affiliated with the Workers' Party. He served as the Minister of Health of Brazil from 2014 to 2015 during the presidency of Dilma Rousseff.

Arthur Chioro was born in Santos, São Paulo, Brazil. He pursued his medical degree at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), where he specialized in public health. Chioro also holds a master's degree and a doctorate in public health from the same institution.
