Bland County is a county located in the southwestern part of the Commonwealth of Virginia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 5,924. Its county seat is the town of Bland.

Bland County was established in 1861 from parts of Wythe, Tazewell, and Giles counties. It was named after Richard Bland, a Virginia statesman and member of the Continental Congress.
