- Calcium is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Jefferson County, New York, United States. The population was 3,491 at the 2010 census. The hamlet is named after the naturally occurring calcium deposits in the area.

- Calcium is located in the town of Le Ray and is west of Fort Drum. It is north of Watertown. The area is served by the Indian River Central School District.
