Calcium deficiency
Calcium Deficiency is a condition where the body has insufficient levels of calcium, a mineral essential for various bodily functions. It is also known as hypocalcemia.

Calcium deficiency can be caused by a variety of factors. Prevention of calcium deficiency involves consuming a diet rich in calcium, getting adequate sunlight exposure for vitamin D synthesis, and regular exercise to promote bone health.
