Cariñena DOP (Denominación de Origen Protegida Cariñena) is a Denominación de Origen Protegida (DOP) for wines located in the province of Zaragoza in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is one of the oldest protected wine-growing regions in Spain, having been established in 1932.

Cariñena DOP is situated in the Ebro Valley, which is known for its diverse terroir.
