Choco-Story Brussels

Choco-Story Brussels is a museum dedicated to chocolate, located in Brussels, the capital city of Belgium. The museum is part of the Choco-Story group, which also has locations in Bruges, Paris, Prague, and Mexico City.

Choco-Story Brussels was established in 2007 by Eddy Van Belle and his son, Cedric. The Van Belle family has a long history in the chocolate industry, and their passion for chocolate led them to create a museum that would share the history and production process of this beloved treat.

Exhibits[edit | edit source]

The museum's exhibits cover the history of chocolate from its origins in the ancient Maya and Aztec cultures to its introduction in Europe by the Spanish in the 16th century, and its modern production. Visitors can learn about the chocolate making process, from the harvesting of cacao beans to the creation of finished chocolate products. The museum also offers chocolate making demonstrations and tastings.
