Delores G. Kelley is an American politician and educator who served as a member of the Maryland Senate representing the 10th district from January 11, 1995, to January 13, 2021. She is a member of the Democratic Party.

Kelley was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She earned her BA from Virginia Union University, and later received her MA and PhD from Columbia University.

Before entering politics, Kelley worked as an educator. She served as a professor at Morgan State University and Coppin State University.

Kelley was first elected to the Maryland Senate in 1994. During her tenure, she served on several committees, including the Finance Committee, where she focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and consumer protection.
