The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is a department of the Isle of Man Government responsible for the provision of health and social care services on the Isle of Man. The department was established in 2014, following the merger of the former Department of Health and the Department of Social Care.

The DHSC is tasked with ensuring the health and well-being of the Isle of Man's population. Its responsibilities include:
