EPODE International Network

EPODE International Network (EIN) is a global initiative aimed at reducing childhood obesity through community-based programs. The network was established to support and expand the successful EPODE methodology, which originated in France.

History

The EPODE methodology was first implemented in 1992 in the French towns of Fleurbaix and Laventie. The success of this initiative led to the creation of the EPODE International Network in 2008. EIN was designed to facilitate the sharing of best practices and to support the implementation of similar programs worldwide.

Objectives
