- Elma is a city located in Grays Harbor County, Washington, United States. The city is part of the Aberdeen, Washington micropolitan area. Elma was officially incorporated on March 22, 1888 and was the last stop for the Olympic Torch before it made its way to Seattle for the 1996 Summer Olympics.
