Five Daughters Bakery is a family-owned bakery based in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. It was established in 2015 by Isaac and Stephanie Meek along with their five daughters, from whom the bakery takes its name. The bakery is renowned for its 100-layer doughnut, a variant of the French pastry known as a cronut.

Isaac and Stephanie Meek, the founders of Five Daughters Bakery, started their business in their home kitchen. The couple, along with their five daughters, began by selling their pastries at local farmers' markets before opening their first brick-and-mortar location in East Nashville in 2015. The bakery quickly gained popularity due to its unique 100-layer doughnut, leading to the opening of additional locations in 12 South, Franklin, and Atlanta.
