Gallocatechol is found in various types of tea, including green tea, black tea, and oolong tea. It is also found in smaller amounts in cocoa and some fruits, such as apples and pears.

Health Benefits[edit | edit source]

Research has suggested that gallocatechol and other catechins may have a number of potential health benefits. These include antioxidant effects, potential anti-cancer properties, and possible benefits for heart health and weight loss. However, more research is needed to confirm these effects and understand how they work.
