Good Samaritan Hospital (Cincinnati) is a hospital located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. It is one of the oldest and largest hospitals in Cincinnati, with a rich history of medical innovation and community service.

Good Samaritan Hospital was founded in 1852 by the Sisters of Charity. It was the first private hospital in Cincinnati and has been a leader in healthcare in the region ever since. The hospital has been at the forefront of medical advancements, including the first kidney transplant in the Cincinnati area in 1967.
