The Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital is a specialized ophthalmological hospital located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was founded in 1960 by Bangladeshi philanthropist Mirza Ahmad Ispahani.

The hospital provides tertiary care and rehabilitation services to an average of 700 patients per day. In addition, it offers education programs for medical staff and the wider community to raise awareness about common eye disorders and their treatment. The hospital collaborates with international organizations such as Sight Savers International, Siemens AG, and ORBIS International to prevent blindness in the Bangladeshi community.

In 2001, the hospital established Bangladesh's first amniotic membrane processing laboratory.
