Jackson County is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census, the population was 20,643. Its county seat is Black River Falls. The county was created in 1853 and named for President Andrew Jackson.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1000 square miles (2,600 km²), of which 987 square miles (2,560 km²) is land and 13 square miles (34 km²) (1.3%) is water.
