José Narro Robles (born 5 December 1948) is a Mexican physician and academic who served as the Secretary of Health in the administration of President Enrique Peña Nieto from 2016 to 2018. He is also a former Rector of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

José Narro Robles was born in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. He pursued his medical degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he later specialized in public health.
