Juan Ramón de la Fuente
Juan Ramón de la Fuente is a prominent Mexican psychiatrist, academic, and politician. He has made significant contributions to the fields of psychiatry, education, and public health in Mexico.

Juan Ramón de la Fuente was born on September 5, 1951, in Mexico City. He studied medicine at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), where he later specialized in psychiatry. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Mayo Clinic in the United States.

De la Fuente has held various academic positions throughout his career. He served as a professor at the Faculty of Medicine at UNAM and has been involved in numerous research projects. His work has been published in several prestigious medical journals.
Rector of UNAM[edit | edit source]
From 1999 to 2007, Juan Ramón de la Fuente served as the Rector of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
