American Cabbage Dishes[edit | edit source]
- Cabbage Roll - A dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around a variety of fillings. It is common to the ethnic cuisines of the Balkans, Central, Northern, Eastern Europe, Iran as well as West Asia and Northern China.
- Cabbage Soup - A filling, hearty soup that is commonly used in diets due to its low calorie content.
