Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital (LHCH) is a hospital located in Liverpool, United Kingdom. It is one of the largest specialist cardiothoracic hospitals in the UK, providing comprehensive services for patients with heart disease and respiratory disease.

The Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital was established in 1991. It was originally known as the Cardiothoracic Centre, but changed its name in 2008 to better reflect its expanded range of services. The hospital is a National Health Service (NHS) Foundation Trust, which means it has greater freedom to manage its own affairs and set its own strategic direction.

LHCH provides a wide range of services, including cardiology, cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, respiratory medicine, and anaesthesia. The hospital also has a dedicated cardiac rehabilitation service, which helps patients recover after heart surgery or a heart attack.

The hospital has 185 inpatient beds, including 33 critical care beds. It also has seven operating theatres, two catheter laboratories, and a hybrid theatre. The hospital's facilities also include a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner and a computed tomography (CT) scanner.

LHCH is a leading centre for medical research and medical education. The hospital is affiliated with the University of Liverpool and the Liverpool John Moores University, and it hosts a number of research studies and clinical trials each year.
