METLIN

METLIN is a metabolomics database that is used for the identification of metabolites in metabolomic data. It was developed by the Scripps Research Institute and is currently maintained by the Scripps Center for Metabolomics. Overview

METLIN was first developed in 2005 by the Scripps Research Institute. The database was designed to assist in the identification of metabolites in metabolomic data. It contains information on a wide range of metabolites, including lipids, steroids, peptides, nucleotides, drugs, and xenobiotics.
