Marith Volp (born 10 November 1972) is a Dutch politician and general practitioner. She is a member of the Labour Party (PvdA). Volp has served as a member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands from 3 September 2013 to 23 March 2017.

Marith Volp was born in Drachten, a town in the province of Friesland. She studied medicine at the University of Groningen, where she obtained her medical degree. After completing her studies, she specialized in general practice.

Before entering politics, Volp worked as a general practitioner. She was involved in various healthcare initiatives and projects aimed at improving patient care and the efficiency of healthcare services in the Netherlands.

Volp entered politics as a member of the Labour Party. She was elected to the House of Representatives in 2013, where she focused on healthcare policy, social affairs, and education.
