Morgan County, Utah is a county located in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Utah. As of the 2020 United States Census, the population was 12,295. The county seat and largest city is Morgan. The county was created in 1862 and named after Jedediah Morgan Grant, a leader in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Morgan County is situated in the Wasatch Range and is characterized by its mountainous terrain and scenic landscapes. The Weber River flows through the county, providing water resources and recreational opportunities. The county covers a total area of 611 square miles (1,580 km²), of which 609 square miles (1,580 km²) is land and 2.0 square miles (5.2 km²) (0.3%) is water.
