Nevan Krogan is a Canadian-American molecular biologist and systems biologist known for his work in protein-protein interactions and infectious diseases. He is a professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and the director of the Quantitative Biosciences Institute (QBI) at UCSF. Krogan is also a senior investigator at the Gladstone Institutes.

Nevan Krogan was born in Canada. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. He then pursued his Ph.D. in Medical Genetics at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Jack Greenblatt.
