Nicholas Jerry Jonas (born September 16, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He gained fame as a member of the pop rock band Jonas Brothers, alongside his older brothers Kevin and Joe. The band became a prominent figure in the music industry, particularly among teenage audiences, and was associated with the Disney Channel.

Nick Jonas was born in Dallas, Texas, to Denise (née Miller) and Paul Kevin Jonas Sr. He was raised in Wyckoff, New Jersey, along with his brothers. Nick showed an early interest in music and began performing on Broadway at the age of seven.

Jonas Brothers[edit | edit source]
The Jonas Brothers were formed in 2005 and quickly rose to fame with their debut album, It's About Time. Their subsequent albums, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer, and Lines, Vines and Trying Times, solidified their status as teen idols. The band also starred in the Disney Channel original movie Camp Rock and its sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

Nick Jonas launched his solo career with the release of his self-titled album, Nick Jonas, in 2014. The album featured hit singles such as "Jealous" and "Chains". He continued to release successful music, including the album Last Year Was Complicated in 2016.

In addition to his music career, Nick Jonas has pursued acting. He has appeared in various television shows and films, including Kingdom, Scream Queens, and the Jumanji film series.

Nick Jonas married Indian actress Priyanka Chopra in December 2018. The couple's wedding was a highly publicized event, blending both Western and Indian traditions.
