- Northvale is a borough located in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,640, reflecting an increase of 180 (+4.0%) from the 4,460 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 103 (+2.4%) from the 4,357 counted in the 1990 Census.

- Northvale is located in the northeastern corner of New Jersey. The borough is bordered by the Bergen County municipalities of Closter, Norwood, Old Tappan, and Rockleigh, as well as the Rockland County, New York municipalities of Tappan and Palisades.
