Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital (OTMH) is a full-service acute care hospital located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. It is managed by Halton Healthcare, a regional healthcare provider.

The original Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital was established in 1950. In December 2015, the hospital moved to a new, larger location to better serve the Oakville community. The new facility is approximately twice the size of the old hospital and offers a wide range of healthcare services.
