Persephone martini (recipe) details

Recipe instructions

  1. Place vodka, Chambord, pomegranate juice and ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake to mix thoroughly.
  3. Strain into chilled martini glass. (I like to rim mine with sugar!).
  4. Pour champagne over the vodka mixture.
  5. Twist 1 slice of lemon into the martini and add as garnish.
