Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary level medical facility located in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is one of the largest hospitals in Australia and is administered by Queensland Health.

The hospital was named after Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy, who is a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II. It was officially opened in 1956, replacing the South Brisbane Hospital.

Princess Alexandra Hospital provides a wide range of medical services. These include emergency medicine, general medicine, surgery, rehabilitation, mental health, oncology, and cardiology. The hospital is also a major teaching hospital for the University of Queensland and other universities in Queensland.

The hospital has over 800 beds and employs over 5,000 staff. It has a 24-hour emergency department, intensive care unit, and a large outpatient clinic. The hospital also has a helipad for emergency air transport.

Princess Alexandra Hospital is a leading centre for medical research in Australia. It is affiliated with the Translational Research Institute, which conducts research in various fields such as cancer, infectious diseases, and mental health.
